Tenuta Radici owes its name to the generations it has spanned: first Giuliano Lodovichi, followed by his son Claudio, and now his grandsons Cristiano and Filippo. Together, they lead a farm rooted in Tuscan agricultural tradition yet firmly focused on the future. This vision is supported by ongoing education, the study of innovative cultivation techniques, and deep exploration into the worlds of wine and olive oil.
We cultivate our small vineyards with deep respect for tradition while embracing a forward-looking approach, making bold choices to produce superior-quality wine. Our vineyards yield fewer grapes compared to traditional methods, but the quality is exceptional. From pruning onwards, we focus on growing healthy, fragrant clusters that capture the essence of our terroir, delivering its unique character to every glass of our wine.
More than a thousand olive trees are cultivated using organic methods. We handpick the olives, selecting only the healthiest and most beautiful. Within forty-eight hours of harvest, we proceed to cold pressing. The result is a premium extra virgin olive oil, distinguished by its intense color and rich aroma, enhancing dishes and rekindling the value of tradition.
